House Rules
Quiet Hours after 10pm
Cancellation policy- Reservations can only be canceled up to 30 days prior to the check in date for a full refund. After that, no cancelations will be granted.
A rental agreement will be emailed after booking and must be signed before your stay. No stay over 28 days allowed. If a longer stay is booked, it will be modified or cancelled.
You are agreeing to proper use of our septic tank system, which includes not flushing anything besides septic safe toilet paper in the toilets, only using septic safe laundry detergent and dishwasher soap, and not putting any food waste, oil, or coffee grounds down the sink drain.
We ask that all trash be placed in the trash can at the bottom of the driveway and any recycling taken to the recycle center in town in Cedar.
